How it all started: In 2012, someone recommended I try a Kahuna massage, and I had no idea what to expect. During the session, I found myself crying a lot; it felt like some deeply ingrained grief was being released. I felt held, loved, and carried away with the music to another place.
It was a transformative, life-changing experience. Coming from a completely different background (3D computer graphics), becoming a massage therapist was not on my radar. But there I was, feeling that everyone in the world should experience this beautiful massage and I should be part of that.
Compelled to be part of spreading the love, power, and healing potential that this form of bodywork has to offer, I embarked on a beautiful, healing journey to become a practitioner. Starting with Kahuna massage training at Mette’s Institute and then Mana Lomi Lomi with Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster.
I invite you to this sacred space, where you can feel safe, loved and deeply nurtured.
You might experience something different on every session. Sometimes it's physical healing and relaxation, sometimes you might unlock stuck emotions, cry or laugh. Or it might take a couple of days to feel a shift. Don't expect anything, just come and let the magic happen.
Remember, individual experiences may vary. Additionally, while this massage can offer various benefits, it's not a replacement for medical treatment, especially for specific health conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional for any concerns regarding your health.
